Abstract:
Objective To evaluate the biodistribution and planar gamma carnera jmaging characteristics of 188Re labeled insulin-like growth factor 1 analogue(188Re-IGF-1A)in tumor-bearing mice.Methods ①To label IGF-1A with 188Re directly and to determine the labeling efficiency.②To establish nude mice model which beating human pancreatic carcinoma cell Patu8988.③To scan those nude mice at 15 min,1 h,4 h,24 h,3 d and 5 d after intratumor injection with 188Re-IGF-1A into their tumors.④To scan those nude mice at 15min,1 h,2h,4 h and24 h after intratumor injection with 188ReO4-into their tumors.To calculate the tumor to normal tissue ratio(T/NT)and the percentages of injected dose per gram tissue(%ID/g)of different organs.Results ①The labeling efficiency of 188Re-IGF-1A was(94.07±0.32)%.②The largest uptake of tumors was(42.38+17.82)%ID/g at 4 h after injection of 188Re-IGF-1A.Then the tumor to normal tissue ratios increased and the largest Rnnor to mugcle ratio was 6531.79±4930.26 at 5 d after injection.③188ReO4- wag major distributed in thyroid glands,stomachs,tumors and blood in nude mice after injection at first.Then%ID/g decreased rapidly in tumors.④The difference of%ID/g wag siguificant(t=5.877,t=13.287,P<0.01) in tumors and kidneys between 188Re-IGF-1A group than in 188ReO4- group.The largest ratio of tumors in the two groups was 74.10 at 24 h after injection.⑤After being injected,188Re-IGF-1A formed clear images in tumom.5 d later,nothing but tumors can be seen.Conclusions 188Re-IGF-1A has good affinity with human pancreatic cancer,and the tumor to muscle ratios in nude mice is high.So 188Re-IGF-1A is expected to be used for targeting therapy of human pancreatic carcinoma.

Abstract:
The wide use of the broad-spectrum antibiotics,corticosteroids and immunosuppressant may lead to lower immunity which can increases the chance of fungi infection.Searching a better antifungal therapy is one of the direction of medical research.Ionizing radiation can quickly and effectively kill the microorganisms,and also can be the antifungal.The research suggests that the method of targeting radioimmunotherapy labeled specific antibody may become an effective antifungal treatment channels.

Abstract:
With extensive use of radiotherapy of brain tumors,the diagnosis and therapy of radiation brain injury is becoming more important.Through inspect of the metabolism of brain tissue,18F-fluoredeoxygheose PET can discover radiation brain injury earlier than morphologie examination,and can distinguish radiation necrosis from tumor recurrence in the brain to a great extend,and it is helpful to clinical treatment.

Abstract:
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of 18F-fluorodcoxyglucose PET-CT and 99mTc-methylene phosphonate whole body imaging in detection bone metastases.Methods 18F-FDG PET-CT and 99mTc-MDP whole body bone scan were both performed in 93 patients with malignant tumors testified by pathology.Bone metastases were confirmed by pathology,X ray or CT or MRI and follow-up for not less than 2 years.Results Of the 93 patients 44 were confirmed to have bone metastases by 2 years follow-up or pathology.The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of 18F-FDG PET-CT were 95.4%,91.8%,93.5%,and 99mTc-MDP bone imaging were 90.9%,63.3%,76.3%,respectively.18F-FDG PET-CT has a better specificity (t=2.53,P<0.05)and accuracy (t=2.47,P<0.05)in detecting bone metastases than that of 99mTc-MDP bone imaging.Conclusion PET-CT is a more valuable method in the diagnosis of bone metastases.

Differentiation of malignant and degenerative benign bone disease using 99mTc-citrate scintigraphy

Abstract:
Objective To differentiate malignant and degenerative benign bone disease using 99mTc-citrate scintigraphy.Methods Thirty-nine patients(92 lesions)with confirmed malignant bone disease or degenerative benign bone disease were studied,for which the results of 99mTc-methylene diphosphonate(99mTc-MDP)scintigraphy were positive.99mTc-citrate seintigraphy was performed within a time interval of 2-7 days after 99mTc-MDP scinfigraphy.Visual analysis and semiquantitative analysis were apphed.Each lesion was scored as malignant or benign,which was independently verified,using conventional techniques (histopathology,X-ray,CT,MRI and clinical follow up).Results In visual analysis of 99mTc-citrate imaging,most malignant lesions(35/48,72.92%)clearly showed high radioactivity accumulation,while most benign lesions(39/44,88.64%)had not obviously visible uptake of 99mTc-citrate.In semiquantitative analysis of 99mTc-citrate image,malignant lesions demonstrated a higher lesion-to-background radioisotope uptake ratio (RUR)than that of benign degenerative lesions(1.47±0.42 vs.1.09±o.38,t=2.887,P<0.01),while RUR of 99mTc-MDP in the two groups is of the same(1.96±0.25 vs.1.87±0.21,t=1.178,P>0.20).Conclusion 99mTc-citrate scintigraphy is a promising method to differentiate malignant from benign degenemfive lesions Seen as areas of increased activity on 99mTc-MDP bone seintigraphy.

Abstract:
Objective To investigate the detection of brain hypoxic tissue in patients with ischemic cerebrovaseular of brain using 99mTc-4,9-diaza-3,3,10,10-tetramethyldodecan-2,11-dione dioxime(99mTc-HL91)maging.Methods Nine controls and 17 patients with acute infarction of brain underwent 99mTc-HL91 imaging.Results The ratios of left/fight in controls is 0.98±0.04.The ratios of L/N in patients is 1.54±0.55.Conclusion 99mTc-HL91 imaging could detect brain hypoxie tissue after ischemic cerebrovascular of brain.

Abstract:
Objective To detect the level of serum interleukin-6(IL-6)and insulin-lide growth factor-1(IGF-1)in patients with thyroid eye disease and to seek the rehtionship between serum level and the outbreak as well as the condition variety.Methods To measure the level of serumm IL-6 and IGF-1 by radioimmunoassay in 30 patients with thyroid eye disease after their clinical expression and activity Score have been assessed,30 patients with hyperthyroidism but without ophthalmopathy,30 healthy subjects.Results The level of serum IL-6 and IGF-1 in patients with thyroid eye disease were higher than that of patients with hyperthyroidism but without ophthalmopathy(t-4.20、t-4.00,P<0.01)and healthy subjects (t-4.20、t-4.05,P<0.01).IL-6 andIGF-1 levels tend to elevate With the increase of severity of eye disease.There were significant differedces among them.Conclusion The leve of IL-6,IGF-1 and the Cause of thyroid eye disease are closely related,and IL-6 and IGF-1 levels in peripheral blood might reflect the severity ofeye disease.

Abstract:
Objective To explore the value of intra-abdominal blood β-human chorionic gnnadotropin (β-HCG)for diagnosis of eetopie pregnancy.Methods β-HCG levels in intra-abdominal of 44 cases were detected by chemical shine immunoassay.Results The level of β-HCG in intra-abdominal blood (3916.4±197.1)IU/L is obviously higher than that ofthe serum(809.4±78.8)IU/L;and compare to the sernm of common pregnancy (1287.3±455.3)IU/L both of them have significance;and aecuuracy ratio was nearly 100%.Conclusion The patients with ectopic pregnancy hemorrhage diagnosed by the quantity analysis of the β-HCG in intta-abdominal is simple,quick and accurate.And the method is worth widely using in clinical.

Abstract:
Objective The concentrations of endothelin(ET),Calcitonin generelated(CGRP)and adrenc medulla(ADM)in blood can be affected in different altitudes.The aim of this study was to find out these variations and how ET,CGRP and ADM to contribute the physiology of human in the hypoxia status.Methods The samples which were stored in the special anticoagulation tubes were collected in different altitudes by phlebotomizing the health adult in the morning who were told to keep empty stomach.After separating the plasma.the ET,CGRP and ADM were measured by radioimmunity assay.Results The concentration of ADM and ET in the health adult had significant deviation statistically between the midrange altitude and low altitude area(q=3.60,q=5.89,P<0.01).Though the CGRP were not.There Was significant deviation statistically in all three indices for the high altitude area when compared with the midrange and low altitude area.Conclusions In the high altitude area,the ET and CGRP level in health adult's blood all had the negative correlation with the ADM.It may indicate these three vasoactive substance coordinate with each other and play an important role in the hypoxia state.The level of ADM in blood increasing may be the reaction of the body protection and self-balance.

Abstract:
Objective To investigate the links between expression and function of adhesive molecule on the surface of irradiated peripheral blood white cells.Methods Heparinized human peripheral blood was exposed to γ rays with different dose.At the different post-radiation time adhesive molecule expression on cellular surface was determined by double fluorescence labeling antibodies which were against adhesive molecule and special mark of granulocyte or mononuclear cell respectively with flow cytometry,and ceUular adhesive ability to different matrixes mediated by adhesive molecule WaS estimated by commercializing enzyme-linked inununosorbent assay kit and crystalviolet dying.Results A decline pattern of CD11b on surface ofmononuelear cells and CD29 on surface of granulocyte with irradiation dose increase was found.The changes of adhesive ability of mononuclear ceHs to substance of β1-integrin and collagen-I Was well related with irradiation dose.Conclusion Good relationship shown by the changes of adhesive molecule expression and adhesive ability mediated by the molecules on the surface of peripheral blood white cells with radiation dose was primary base of further research on indicting exposure dose by biomarker.

Study on human mesenchymal stem cells from bone marrow pretreated with low dose radiation

Abstract:
Objective To study effects of human bone marrow mesenchymal stem ceHs(hBM-MSC)from bone marrow pretreated with low dose radiation(LDR).Methods The ceils were the hBM-MSC.They were exposed to X rays at the dose of 50 mGy,75 mGy、100 mGy(dose rate 12.5 mGy/min).The growth curve,cell cycle and apoptosis of hBM-MSC treated by LDR were investigated.The content changes of stem cell factor(SCF),interleukin-6(IL-6),macrophage colony stimulating factor(M-CSF)secreted by hBM-MSC after treated by LDR were determined by enzyme linked immunosorbont assay method.Results The growth rates of hBM-MSC treated by LDR obviously increase from 72 h.The cell cycle and apoptosis were examined with FORTRAN Atomatic Checkout Systom.The results show that the G0/G1 stage cells decrease after exposure to LDR,the percent of G0/G1 stage cells of 75 mGy at 72 h is the lowest(30.86%).However,the S stage cells percentage gradually increase at 48 h and 72 h.The most one is 75 mGy group at 72 h,which reaches to 68.88%.The apoptosis percentages have increased tendency at 24 h and 48h in all dose groups,especially in 100 mGy at 24 h(25.99%),while have decreased tendency at 72 h and the most decreased group is the 50 mGy(6.8%),transient enhancement of apoptosis ha the early stage and soon being decreased.The contents of SCF have increased tendency at 24 h,48 h.As for IL-6,the contents in different dose groups at 24 h and 48 h have up-regulation.These groups,50 mGy at 24 h,48 h,75 mGy at 24 h,48 h,100 mGy at 24 h have statistical difference compared with their control groups respectively.The content of IL-6 has greatest enhancement at dose of50 mGy.The contents of M-SCF in all the groups at 24 h,48 h and 72 h except for the 50 mGy dose at 72 h have also been found increased.The greatest increased content occur in the 75 mGy dose group at 72 h.Conclusion This conclusion show that LDR has hormesis effect on hBM-MSC in cell growth,cell cycle and content of hematopoietic factors.
