  • Alzheimer disease(AD)seriously influenced the quality of life in elderly.As a new positron imaging agent binding with B-amyloid,11C-Pittsburgh compound-B can specifically detect characteristic pathological changes of AD.It provides the potential possibility of early diagnosis and treatment,effect evaluafion in AD.
