    Abstract
  • Objective To explore the value of intra-abdominal blood β-human chorionic gnnadotropin (β-HCG)for diagnosis of eetopie pregnancy.Methods β-HCG levels in intra-abdominal of 44 cases were detected by chemical shine immunoassay.Results The level of β-HCG in intra-abdominal blood (3916.4±197.1)IU/L is obviously higher than that ofthe serum(809.4±78.8)IU/L;and compare to the sernm of common pregnancy (1287.3±455.3)IU/L both of them have significance;and aecuuracy ratio was nearly 100%.Conclusion The patients with ectopic pregnancy hemorrhage diagnosed by the quantity analysis of the β-HCG in intta-abdominal is simple,quick and accurate.And the method is worth widely using in clinical.
