摘要: 在肝癌的姑息治疗方法中,由于用90Y标记的微球治疗能给予肿瘤部位足够的致死剂量又使正常肝脏组织不超过其耐受剂量,所以在临床上得到了广泛的应用。本文介绍了使用90Y-微球治疗肝癌的方法及病人正常组织和肿瘤组织的剂量估算方法。Abstract: In the palliative methods of liver malignancy treatment,using 90Y-microspheres therapy can deliver the tu-moricidal dose to the tumor whilst sparing the normal tissue,so It has been used widely in clinics.This article will summarize the liver malignancy treatment methods with 90Y-microspheres and the relative dose calculating methods.
