Abstract: This paper in the view of the system of regulations and standards for radiological protection in China, explains the generating background, purpose and main contents of the "Regulations for Safety and Protection Against Radioisotopes and Radiation-Emitting Apparatus, People's Republic of China". The new characteristics of the regulations were highlighted in this paper, furthermore, the topic extended to probe into the issues on how to put the regulation into force as well.
