Abstract: The Clinical practice guideline of ¹⁸F-FDG PET/CT and PET/MR in lymphoma (2021 edition) has been widely used in the diagnosis and treatment of lymphoma, especially in treatment decision making and prognosis evaluation. The focus of this issue is the application of PET/CT in lymphoma, analyzing the value of PET/CT in the staging, differential diagnosis, therapeutic and prognostic evaluation of lymphoma, as well as the application of artificial intelligence and non-¹⁸F-FDG imaging agents. The multiparameter analysis, analysis of image texture features, and application of non-¹⁸F-FDG imaging agents in PET/CT can provide rich information for the diagnosis and treatment of lymphoma.
