PET/MRI多模态显像鉴别诊断神经母细胞瘤随访偶发肝脏炎性肌纤维母细胞瘤1例

Differential diagnosis of hepatic inflammatory myofibroblastic tumor during follow-up of neuroblastoma by PET/MRI multimodal imaging: a case report

  • 摘要: 笔者报道了1例通过PET/MRI多模态显像鉴别诊断神经母细胞瘤(NB)随访偶发肝脏炎性肌纤维母细胞瘤(IMT)的患儿。68Ga-1,4,7,10-四氮杂环十二烷-1,4,7,10-四乙酸-1-萘丙氨酸3-奥曲肽(DOTA-NOC) PET/MRI显像在NB肝转移病灶与肝脏IMT的鉴别诊断中发挥着重要作用。笔者回顾了IMT的影像及病理特征,并与其他儿童肝脏占位性病变进行鉴别诊断,有助于今后临床作出准确诊断。

     

    Abstract: The authors reported a case of pediatric patient diagnosed with hepatic inflammatory myofibroblastic tumor (IMT) during follow-up of neuroblastoma (NB), which was differentiated from NB metastasis through PET/MRI multimodal imaging. 68Ga-1,4,7,10-tetraazacyclododecane-1,4,7,10-tetraacetic acid-1-Nal3-octreotide (DOTA-NOC) PET/MRI imaging played an important role in the differential diagnosis of NB hepatic metastasis and hepatic IMT. The authors reviewed the imaging and pathological characteristics of IMT and differentiated it from other pediatric hepatic space-occupying lesions, which will help to make accurate diagnoses in the future.
