Clinical application and research progress of myocardial perfusion imaging and its quantification of blood flow with cadmium-zinc-telluride dedicated cardiac SPECT in patients with coronary artery disease

  • 摘要: 冠心病(CAD)是严重威胁人类健康的重大疾病之一。SPECT心肌灌注显像(MPI)能对CAD进行无创性诊断、危险分层和判断预后。随着配备新一代常温固体半导体碲锌镉(CZT)探测器的心脏专用SPECT的临床推广应用,SPECT MPI不仅在采集时间、辐射剂量和图像质量等方面得到了明显改善和提升,而且较方便地实现了动态断层采集和定量心肌血流的测量,对CAD准确诊断和预后评估具有十分重要的增益价值。笔者旨在从CZT心脏专用SPECT MPI及其血流定量测定在CAD诊断中的临床应用和研究进展进行综述。

     

    Abstract: Coronary artery disease (CAD) is one of the major diseases that seriously threaten human health. SPECT myocardial perfusion imaging (MPI) is able to diagnose CAD noninvasively, stratify the risk and determine the prognosis. With the clinical application of a new generation of dedicated cardiac SPECT equipped with cadmium zinc telluride (CZT) detector, not only the acquisition time, radiation dose, and image quality of SPECT MPI have been significantly improved and enhanced, but also the dynamic tomographic acquisition and quantitative myocardial blood flow measurement have been realized more conveniently, which has a very important incremental value for the accurate diagnosis and prognosis evaluation of CAD. The authors review the clinical application and research progress of CZT dedicated cardiac SPECT MPI and its quantitative blood flow measurement for CAD.
