Abstract: Cardiac markers are presently a hot topic of studying. They now have a major role for diagnosis myocardial damage and acute myocardial infarction. It is important to search and screen a sensitive, specific and early markers of myocardial damage. The quick, accurate and sensitive assay methodology is still an important research in this field. Therefore rapid muli-analyte point-of-care tests have facilitated the use of cardiac markers for clinical management and guidance of therapy.
