电离辐射对血管内皮细胞与白细胞粘附的影响

Effection in leukocytes adhesion to irradiated vascular endothelial cells induced by ionizing radiation

  • 摘要: 电离辐射在体内外可引起白细胞与受照血管内皮细胞的粘附增加,这与照射后正常组织的放射反应或损伤有关,细胞间粘附分子(ICAM-1)及E-选择素等表达上调可能是其重要机制,转录因子NF-κB可调节这些粘附分子的表达,相应的拮抗剂可抑制电离辐射引起的粘附增强效应。

     

    Abstract: Radiation increases adhesion of leukocytes to irradiated vascular endothelial cells in vivo andvitro during early stage and this correlation with nomal tissues reaction and injuries caused by irradiation. The probable mechanisms are up-regulated expression of some adhesive molecules induced by ionizing radiation, nuclear factor NF-κB adjust the expression of this adhesive molecules, correspondent antagonist could decreases or eliminates this effection.
