摘要: 放疗诱发的肾、脑、唾液腺等正常组织损伤,是肿瘤限量照射后的主要并发症。用核医学显像技术有助于放疗计划中对3个重要器官剂量效应的估算、功能损伤的早期发现和监测,从而提高放射治疗的有效性。Abstract: The radiation induced damage of kidney, brain and salivary glands is an important complicating disease after limit radiotherapy. The routine technology of nuclear medicine, such as tracing and imaging technique conduce to dose-effect calculations used in the planning of modern radiotherapy to three major organ systems and early detection of irradiation induced organ dysfunctions, as well as increased availability of radiotherapy.
