Abstract: The clinic work of low-dose irradiation in the prostate cancer has already accumulated a large amont of experience. Studied on the biological effect of continuous low-dose rate was shown in the following several aspects:① the inverse dose rate effect; ② radio sensitivity; ③ apoptosis and relevant protein expression of apoptosis; ④ cell cycle and relevant protein expression of cell cycle; ⑤ repair gene cancer.
