Abstract: Irradiation burn is common complication during radiotherapy and the healing critically depends on angiogenesis, as a result, regulation of angiogenesis is always regarded as a focus in research. Studies have indicated that vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)is probably a key factor controlling angiogenesis and wound healing, which illustrated a new therapy in irradiation injure.
