The applications of the centromere micronucleus using FISH in radiation research

  • 摘要: 微核分析因其在遗传毒理学和辐射生物剂量学中的广泛应用而受到人们关注。近年来,随着分子遗传学及荧光原位杂交(FISH)技术的发展,人们对微核有了进一步的认识。FISH技术能用于解释微核的形成机理、功能及微核的超微结构,并可用于辐射损伤的遗传学评价。

     

    Abstract: The micronucleus assay is widely used both in genetic toxicology and in the radiation biomonitoring of human population. With the development of molecular genetics and fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH), more have been known about micronucle. FISH can be used to interpret the formation mechanism, the function and the ultrastructure of the micronucleus, as well as the genetic evaluation of radiation damage.
