Abstract: Tcm labeled isonitrile complexes is the most widely used myocardial perfusion imaging agents, and it is also used to diagnose tumors. This review gives a sum up of the development, classifica-tion and application of ⁹⁹Tc^m labeled isonitrile complexes, and the synthesis methods of isonitrile ligands and labeled complexes are given.
