Abstract: The predominance of the dual-isotope SPECT technique is reducing the times of detection for patients, saving acquisition time of image. The more and more information is acquired on one detection,and the effect of movement on the imaging is reduced, the problem of imaging match, is solved. This technique has an important clinical significance in the diagnosis of coronary artery disease, risk stratifica tion, detection of viable myocardium and assessment of revascularization prognosis. It is a potential nonin-vasive examine method.
