Abstract: As uninvasive functional imaging technique in vivo, PET was widely used in the field of clinical research and clinical application.Currently, PET was getting more and more attention all over the world.To locate the hot spots and most dynamic advances of PET, we retrieved all the material from internet and gave a global review.Focusing mainly on the clinical research and its application, such as neurology, psychiatry, oncology and cardiology.
