99Tcm标记annexin V进行体内凋亡显像的研究

  • 摘要: 细胞凋亡早期,磷脂酰丝氨酸(PS)从细胞膜脂双层的内层迁移至外层。根据磷脂结合蛋白V(annexin V)高度亲和PS的特性,利用99Tcm标记的annexin V可以进行体内凋亡细胞的显像。

     

    Abstract: Phosphatidylserine exposures on the outer leaflet of the plasma membrane lipid bilayer at the beginning of apoptosis. 99Tcm-labeled annexin V can be used to image apoptosis in vivo according to annexin V has a high affinity with PS.
