Abstract: The paper introduces biological dose reconstruction methodology of the early exposuer and studies on dose response curve in vitro by FISH in recent years and comments the possibility of the technical application to victims'dose verification and reconstruction in abroad. FISH will become a new approach to analyze chromosome aberration and dose reconstruction for early exposure.
