  • 摘要: 评价心肌存活力已经成为缺血性心脏病诊断和评估预后的重要手段,在许多检测存活心肌的试验中,18F-FDG(18F-氟代脱氧葡萄糖)PET显像评价心肌葡萄糖代谢被认为是最准确的方法,但是由于PET的价格昂贵限制了这种技术的发展,18F-FDGSPECT检测心肌的方法已经被大多数临床医师接受,除了它的价格可以为多数人接受外,它与18F-FDGPET检测存活心肌的一致性得到认可,因此是一个值得推荐的好方法。

     

    Abstract: The evaluation of myocardial viability has become an important aspect of the diagnostic and prognostic work-up patients with ischemic cardiomypathy.Clinical studies have shown that 18F-FDG SPECT can accurately invested patients with viable myocardium.Some studies have compared 18F-FDG SPECT and FDG PET and reported a good agreement for the assessment of myocardial viability between these two techniques.
