摘要: 近年的基础和临床研究表明,在冠状动脉血管成形术中和术后用15~30Gy剂量的腔内近距离照射能使再狭窄发生率降低。剂量点核函数的解析方法被用来计算冠状动脉及其周围组织的剂量分布。本文总结了近年来文献发表的主要剂量点核函数算法。Abstract: Recent preclinical and clinical research indicate that irradiation using ionizing radiation in the dose range of 15~30 Gy may reduce the occurrence of restenosis in patients who have undergone an angioplasty. Several dose point-kernel computational methods have been developed to estimate dose distribution of coronary vascular and peripheral tis-sue,The review present importance dose point-kernel in the iterafure in late year.
