Abstract: The injury of the presynaptic nigrostriatal dopaminergic projection is the important mechanism of Parkinson's disease(PD). ¹⁸F-DOPA PET provides a measure of the structure as well as the biochemical iategrity of the dopaminergic ueurous, which contribute to the early diagnosis, differentiation diagnosis, prognosis evaluation of PD.
