摘要: 造血干/祖细胞归巢的分子机制尚不清楚。近年来的研究发现,基质细胞来源的细胞因子或称为趋化蛋白SDF-1及其配体CXCR4参与了趋化造血干/祖细胞向骨髓的迁徙、与骨髓微血管内皮的粘附、穿内皮迁徙、与骨髓基质细胞粘附的归巢全过程,在干/祖细胞归巢过程中可能有关键性的作用。Abstract: The molecular mechanism of homing of haemopoietic stem/progenitor cells is beyond understanding.Recent years,however,it have been found that a chemokine or chemoat-tractant stromal cell-derived factor 1 (SDF 1) and its ligand CXCR4 receptor may involve in the process of transendothelial migration and adhere to bone marrow stromal cells.It may play key role in homing of haemopoietic stem/progenitor cells.
