摘要: S100A8钙结合蛋白是高度保守的、低分子质量的酸性蛋白,具有多种生理学功能.小鼠S100A8蛋白对于骨髓细胞是一种很强的化学诱导剂,参与众多的急性和慢性炎性反应,并与癌症的发生密切相关,S100A8基因的失活可导致胚胎死亡.在MCF-7细胞、表皮细胞以及骨髓等组织中,辐射可以诱导S100A8基因的表达,由此确定S100A8基因是新的辐射诱导基因.Abstract: S100A8 calcium-binding protein is highly conserved, low-molecular-weight acidic protein with important functions. Murine S100A8 is a potent chemoattractant for myeloid cells, and has been associated with a number of acute and chronic inflammatory conditions. Inactivation of the SI00A8 gene is embryonic lethal. Evidence has indicated that ionizing radiation can induce expression of S100A8 gene, so we confirm that S100A8 gene is a new radiation-induced gene.
