FL and radiation hematopoietic injury

  • 摘要: FL(flt3 ligand)是一种作用于早期造血细胞的生长因子,通过与其受体flt3特异性结合,促进造血干、祖细胞增殖分化。最近的研究表明,在骨髓造血功能障碍时,FL蛋白水平发生明显变化。机体辐射损伤后,血浆中FL水平升高;FL水平有可能作为辐射导致骨髓损伤的生物学指标。另外,FL单独、或与其他细胞因子联合应用具有辐射损伤防治作用。

     

    Abstract: FL (flt3 ligand)is an early acting hematopoietic cytokine.By binding and activating its specific tyro-sine kinase receptor flt3,FL can stimulate the proliferation and differentiation of hematopoietic stem and progeni-tor cells.Recently,it has been shown that the level of FL in plasma of patients with bone marrow aplasia in-creases dramatically.Plasma level of FL also can be elevated and is a possible bio-indicator for bone marrow aplasia in radiation-induced damage.Furthermore,FL,alone or in combination with other cytokines,provides protection from bone marrow aplasia after radiation.
