Abstract: Parts of inracranial vascular malforamtions and tumors are deeply located and adjacent to functional structure, important nerves and vessels, surgery intervention is associated with considerate morbidity and mortality and inexecutable in some cases. Gamma knife stereotactic radiosurgery, which has undergone rapid development in the last decade, is of marked advantage for intracranial dieases of thoese kinds.
