Cellular and Molecular mechanisms of radiation for the inhibition of restenosis

摘要: 放射抑制再狭窄的机制是多方面的。它既可诱导血管平滑肌细胞有丝分裂周期阻滞,抑制平滑细胞分裂及增殖,又可直接诱导平滑肌细胞凋亡,还可抑制单核/巨噬细胞及各种生长因子,阻止再狭窄过程听起始因素。血管内放射导致细胞死亡的主要形式凋亡,电离辐射预防再狭窄的主要机制是平滑肌细脑的增殖抑制。Abstract: The prevention of restenosis by radiation exists a lot of mecranisms, including smooth muscle cells (SMCs) division cycles arrests, inhibition of SMCs proliferation, SMCs apoptosis,inhibition of macrophage/monocyte and cytokines. Apoptosis is a major style of cell death induced by endovascular radiation. The inhibition of SMCs proliferation induced by radiation is a main mechanism for prevention of restenosis.
