99Tcm-TRODAT-1: the central dopamine transporter imaging agent

    Abstract: 99Tcm-TRODAT-1 is a novel technetium-99m complex as a dopamine transporter imaging agent.The imaging of SPECT with it will have an important value in the early diagnosis of Parkinson's disease. This article reviews the progress of this promising agent.
