Abstract: The wide use of the broad-spectrum antibiotics,corticosteroids and immunosuppressant may lead to lower immunity which can increases the chance of fungi infection.Searching a better antifungal therapy is one of the direction of medical research.Ionizing radiation can quickly and effectively kill the microorganisms,and also can be the antifungal.The research suggests that the method of targeting radioimmunotherapy labeled specific antibody may become an effective antifungal treatment channels.
