Abstract: Biochemistry drug,at present,is still the main tool that human struggle to defeat the diseases.So,de-veloping safe and efficacious technique of drug targeting delivery and controlled release is key to enhance cura-tive effect,decrease drug dosage,and lessen its side effect.Drug-loaded nanoparticles,which is formed by con-jugate between nanotechnology and modern pharmaceutics,is a new fashioned pharmic delivery carrier.Because of advantages in pharmic targeting transport and controlled or slow release and improving bioavailability,it has been one of developing trend of modern pharmaceutical dosage forms.
