Current situation of the study of single-chain Fv antibody

摘要: 抗体技术由细胞工程抗体(杂交瘤-单克隆抗体)发展到基因工程抗体,尤其是抗体库技术的出现,将抗体工程发展到了一个新阶段。本文从抗体库技术等方面介绍单链抗体(single-chain Fv antibody,sc Fv)的进展情况。

Abstract: Antibody technology has been developed from cellular engineering antibody to genic engineering antibody. It has been developing rapidly with the building of antibody library. The current status of single-chain Fv antibody study was summarized.
