摘要: 恶性胶质瘤以手术切除为主,辅以放疗和化疗,在此基础上再进行适当的放射免疫治疗,可进一步延长生存期。131I和90Y标记的抗腱生蛋白抗体用于恶性胶质瘤的实验和临床Ⅰ、Ⅱ期治疗研究获得了满意效果。Abstract: Malignant glioma is treated mainly by surgery with chemotherapy and external radiotherapy as adjuvant remedies. Survival time can be prolonged if appropriate radioimmunotherapy is employed as another concurrent alternative. Per-clinical, clinical phase I and II studies of 131I and 90Y labeled anti-tenascin monoclonal antibodies in the treatment of malignant glioma have resulted in satisfactory therapeutic efficacy.
