标记免疫分析在心血管疾病中的临床价值及其进展

  • 摘要: 放射免疫分析的最大缺陷是放射性污染和不易自动化,现在逐步为非放射性的酶免疫分析、荧光免疫分析和发光免疫分析所取代。为此,综述了标记免疫分析检测甲状腺激素、内皮素、细胞因子、胶原、肌红蛋白(Mb,肌酸激酶同功酶、心肌肌钙蛋白I)、生长激素、C-反应蛋白、肿瘤坏死因子、CA125和神经肽Y等在心血管疾病中的临床价值及其进展。

     

    Abstract: The disadvantag e of radioimmunoassay are radio comtamination and can't automatied. In the date, the labelling immunoassay (enzyme immunoassay, fluorescent immunoassay. luminescent immunoassay) will eventually replace radioim-munoassay. This article reviews the clinical application of in the cardiov ascular disease by labelling immunoassay thy roid hormone (TH), endothelin(ET), cy tokine(CK), collagen, aminoterminal propeptide of typeⅢ procollag en(PⅢ NP), telopeptide of type I collagen (ICT P), myoglobin(Mb, cytokine isoenzyme cardiomuscle troponin I), g rowth hormone(GH), c-reactiv e protein(CRP), tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α), carbo thydrate antigen-125(CA-125),neuropeptide Y (NPY) and it's progress.
