血管内照射防治血管成形术后再狭窄

Endovascular irradiation for the prevention of restenosis after angio plasty

  • 摘要: PTCA(经皮穿刺冠状动脉成形术)是治疗冠状动脉狭窄最常用的方法,但术后6个月内再狭窄的发生率达40%~60%,始终是困绕医学界的一个难题。核素内照射治疗是目前解决这一难题最有前景的方法,最近几年来在血管核素内照射的机制、剂量、动物和临床实验及安全性等方面取得了一些进展。

     

    Abstract: Percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty (PTCA)is the most common technique for the restenosis of coronary arteries.Restenosis,Which is an unsolved clinical problem occurs within 6 months in 40%~60% of all cases.At present,endovascular irradiation with radioistope is a promising method to overcome restenosis.This article mainly disscusses the mechanism,doses,animal and clinical experiments and safety of intravascular brachytherapy.It is a review of relatively recently developed field of this technique.
