Abstract: Review the present investigation in pathogenesis, clinical symptom, diagnosis and treatment of radiation brain injury. The basic pathology is apoptosis of the vascular endothelial cell and oligodendrocyte. Cytokine and neural stem cell transplantation will make great future for treatment of radiation brain injury.
