Factors implicated to radioresistance of breast cancer and their possible roles

  • 摘要: 乳腺癌放疗后的复发与肿瘤细胞的辐射抗性有关。已经发现有多种因素影响着细胞的辐射抗性,这些因素包括胰岛素样生长因子受体、磷脂酰肌醇3-激酶途径、表皮生长因子、人表皮生长因子受体和血管内皮生长因子等细胞核外因素,还有p53、c-erbB2、Bcl-2、BRCA1和BRCA2基因以及端粒和基因表达谱改变等细胞核内因素。

     

    Abstract: Radiotherapy plays an important role in the management of breast cancer. The recurrence of breast cancer after radiotherapy is considered to be related with radioresistance in breast cancer cells. Various factors, extranuclear and intranuclear, such as insulin-like growth factor-1 receptor, phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase pathway, epidermal growth factor, human epidermal growth factor receptors, p53, c-erb B2, Bcl-2, BRCA1, BRCA2, telomeres and gene expression signature, that have been implicated to influence the radiation response.
