摘要: p21基因是细胞周期的负向调控因子,在一定的因素诱导下,p21基因可有效地引起细胞周期G1期和G2期阻滞,从而在维持基因组稳定性中起重要作用。辐射及TGFβ1、TNFα、PTEN、IGF等因子均可诱导p21基因表达增高,而E1A、c-jun、Tbx2、PLD1和PLD2等因子则抑制p21基因表达。Abstract: p21 gene is a negative regulator of cell cycle, which affect cell cycle progression arrest at G1 and G2 by some factors induced. p21 gene plays an important role to maintain genomic stability. Radiation and TGFβ1, TNFα, PTEN, IGF can increase p21 gene expression, however E1A, c-jun, Tbx2, PLD1 and PLD2 can inhibit p21 gene expression.
