Abstract: With extensive use of radiotherapy of brain tumors,the diagnosis and therapy of radiation brain injury is becoming more important.Through inspect of the metabolism of brain tissue,¹⁸F-fluoredeoxygheose PET can discover radiation brain injury earlier than morphologie examination,and can distinguish radiation necrosis from tumor recurrence in the brain to a great extend,and it is helpful to clinical treatment.
