The development prospect and challenge of nuclear medicine——thinking and realization after the 2005 52^nd SNM annual meeting

Abstract: The 2005 52^nd Society of Nucfear Madicine (SNM) Annual Meeting was held June 1822, 2005 in Toronto, Canada. We've discussed five issues as follows:① What can we depend on to boost the collaboration with clinic subjects and make nuclear medicine thrive and grow internationally? ② The rapid development of molecular imaging. ③ The importance of radiopharmaceutical design and development. ④ The new instruments propel nuclear medicine forward. ⑤ The economic value of nuclear medicine is now being recognized.
