Abstract:
Objective To evaluate the clinical value of
99Tc
m-sodium pertechnetate(
99Tc
mO
4-)and
99Tc
m-4,9-diaza-3,3,10,10-tetramethylododecan-2,11-dione dioxime(
99Tc
m-HL91)imaging in differentiation of thyroid nodules.
Methods 99Tc
mO
4- dynamic and static imagings were performed to the 65 cases of patients with thyroid nodules.After 48 hours,the 46 cases of patients whose
99Tc
mO
4- static imaging prompt cold nodules underwent
99Tc
m-HL91 hypexia imaging.And finally,compare the results of the two types imaging with biopsy results.
Results The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of
99Tc
mO
4- imaging in the diagnosis of thyroid nodules were 78.6%,71.9% and 73.9% respectively.The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of
99Tc
m-HL91 imaging in the diagnosis of thyroid nodules were 88.7%,92.3% and 91.4%respectively.And the sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of Combining
99Tc
mO
4/
99Tc
m-HL91 imaging were92.9%,93.8% and 93.5% respectively.
Conclusion Combining
99Tc
mO
4- and
99Tc
m-HL91 imaging methods can improve the coincidence.
