分化型甲状腺癌胸部131I显像假阳性分析

  • 摘要: 分化型甲状腺癌（DTC）131I-全身显像（WBS）时除在功能性甲状腺组织显影外，非甲状腺组织假阳性病变也常有不同程度131I摄取而显影。笔者就DTC患者胸部131I显像假阳性的原因及其机制进行分析，以期为临床DTC患者的诊疗提供必要帮助。

     

    Abstract: In 131I whole-body scan (WBS), imaging of normal thyroid tissues and differentiated thyroid cancer (DTC) can often uptake 131I and non-thyroid tissues to some extent. The author analyzes the reason and mechanism of false-positive uptake in the thorax cavity to provide essential help for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of patients with DTC.
