摘要:
目的研究甲状腺癌¹³¹I治疗病房的屏蔽计算方法，为其项目的屏蔽设计与评价提供技术依据。
方法收集该项目的基础资料，通过理论计算得出不同条件下屏蔽厚度，理论联系实际作出综合评价。
结果根据屏蔽计算，院方提供的屏蔽设计方案不能满足甲状腺癌¹³¹I治疗病房的防护要求。
结论甲状腺癌¹³¹I治疗病房的屏蔽计算，需同时考虑服药活度、距离和射线能量等因素的影响。

Abstract:
Objective To study the method of shielding calculation in ¹³¹I therapy for thyroid cancer and provide technical support for radiation protection assessment in construction project.
Methods Comprehensive evaluation is made after shielding thickness is calculated theoretically by collecting basic information.
Results Shielding design provided by the hospital can not meet radiation protection requirements in ¹³¹I therapy for thyroid cancer.
Conclusion Shielding calculation need to be verified by the results of field measurements.
