高压氧辅助治疗放射性神经损伤相关问题的探讨

摘要: 放疗可以应用于神经系统血管畸形、良恶性肿瘤和脑功能性病变等的治疗中, 不仅可以控制疾病发展, 更能大幅提升患者的生存质量。近20年中先后出现了立体定向放射外科治疗、适形放疗、调强放疗等治疗手段, 这些治疗方法使射线对于人体的照射更为集中, 照射剂量随之明显提高。然而对于患者来说, 接受大剂量放疗有增加正常神经组织损伤的风险, 损伤多发生于放疗后3~6个月。常规的治疗方法包括脱水、抗凝和外科手术疗法。近年来许多学者尝试用高压氧辅助治疗放射性神经损伤, 取得了一定成效。该文将对高压氧辅助治疗放射性神经损伤的相关问题进行综述。Abstract: Radiation therapy developed very quickly in recent years and was widely applied in cerebral vascular malformations, neoplasms and brain lesions. It can not only control the progress of the diseases, but also improve the life quality of patients. Nearly 20 years it has appeared stereotactic radiotherapy, conformal radiotherapy, intensity-modulated radiation therapy. It makes the ray more concentrated to the body, so the radiation dose increased sharply. But treated with large doses of radiation therapy may increase common brain tissue injury for patients. Brain tissue injury occurs in 3 to 6 months after radiation therapy. Conventional treatments include dehydration, anticoagulation and surgical operation. Hyperbaric oxygen therapy is a new method for radioactive nerve injury. And hyperbaric oxygen therapy has been repeatedly mentioned recently. This article will review something about hyperbaric oxygen therapy in adjuvant treatment of radioactive nerve injury.
