Abstract: Lymphoma is one of the most common malignant tumors in clinic. But primary extranodal lymphomas is not frequently encountered clinically especially for the lymphomas which stem from urinary system. Kidney was the most common affecting area, followed by bladder and ureter. Palpable masses, abdominal pain, renal insufficiency, hematuria and difficult urination are the main clinical symptoms of primary extranodal lymphoma of the urinary system. Familiarity with the imaging features will be helpful to the accurate diagnosis and therapy.
