Explanation for the Specification of Dose Estimation for the Radiation Victims in the Early Stage Using Single Cell Gel Electrophoresis

摘要: 《单细胞凝胶电泳用于受照人员剂量估算技术规范》的起草人收集整理并全面阅读了与本标准有关的国内外技术资料和现行有效的我国放射性疾病诊断标准，并在明确了制定依据和原则的基础上制定了本标准。此标准适用于低线性能量传递射线比较均匀的全身急性外照射受照人员的早期DNA损伤定量分析。为更好地贯彻执行这一标准，该文对该标准的编制内容进行说明和解读。

Abstract: Based on the extensive research of literature, systematic study of the relevant laws and regulations related to the specification, the Specification of Dose Estimation for the Radiation Victims in the Early Stage Using Single Cell Gel Electrophoresis was enacted according to the principles about it. It can be used for the quantitative assay of DNA damage induced by whole body uniform irradiation in case of low linear energy transfer. To correctly implement this specification, contents in it were interpreted in this article.
