Abstract: Chemoradiotherapy is the main treatment option for most locally advanced unrespectable lung cancer, esophageal cancer and other chest cancer.But cure-related lung injury becomes one of the main constraint factors, and also affects the patients'quality of life, even threatening their lives.This paper reviews the progress of research on chemoradio therapy-related lung injury in the pathogenesis, pathology, imaging and treatment.
