摘要: 表皮生长因子在不同类型肿瘤的生长、发展等不同阶段的信号通路中起着重要的作用,无创性的表皮生长因子受体(EGFR)监测在肿瘤的诊断与疗效的判断中具有重要的意义。近年来针对EGFR的放射性示踪剂研究进展迅速,为ECFR分子显像提供了良好的基础。Abstract: Because of the importance of epidermal growth factor signaling pathway in oncogenesis,maintenance, and progression of different types of tumors, there are great significance that non-invasive monitoring of epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) in the diagnosis and the judge of therapeutic efficacy.The studys of radioactive tracers for EGFR have provided a good basis for the molecular imaging of EGFR.
