Application of mobile health in patient management after 131I treatment for thyroid cancer

    目的 对移动医疗在甲状腺癌131I治疗后患者管理中应用的研究进行系统性回顾,梳理并总结当前的干预形式、干预内容、干预结局指标以及效果,为移动医疗在131I治疗患者管理中的应用提供参考。
    方法 系统检索PubMed、Web of Science、Embase、Cochrane Library、中国知网、万方数据库、维普数据库和中国生物医学文献数据库,检索时间为从数据库建立起至2025年5月24日,根据纳入、排除标准筛选文献,提取文献内容,获得移动医疗对甲状腺癌131I治疗患者的干预形式、干预内容和结局指标。
    结果 共纳入13篇文献,干预形式主要包括应用程序、移动医疗设备和线上平台;干预内容主要包括健康监测、健康宣教、在线答疑、用药和随访提醒以及心理支持;结局指标主要涉及心理状况、生活质量、满意度、治疗结局、自我管理、健康知晓度、残余辐射剂量。
    结论 移动医疗可有效提升甲状腺癌131I治疗后患者的管理水平,具有一定的应用价值。未来应进一步开发专用的医疗应用程序及智能设备,强化患者心理干预与睡眠质量的管理,同时建立健全相关法规制度以规范移动医疗的实践应用。

     

    Abstract:
    Objective To systematically review the research on the application of mobile health in patient management after 131I treatment of thyroid cancer, to summarize the current intervention forms, contents, outcome indicators, and effects, and to provide a reference for the application of mobile health in patient management after 131I treatment.
    Methods A systematic literature search was conducted across PubMed, Web of Science, Embase, Cochrane Library, China National Knowledge Infrastructure, Wanfang Database, VIP Database, and China Biomedical Literature Database. The search covered the period from the inception of the databases to May 24, 2025. Literature was screened based on inclusion and exclusion criteria. Data were extracted to obtain intervention forms, contents, and outcome indicators of mobile health for thyroid cancer patients undergoing 131I treatment.
    Results A total of 13 articles were included. The intervention forms mainly included applications, mobile health devices, and online platforms. The main intervention contents included health monitoring, health education, online consultations, medications and follow-up reminders, and psychological support. Primary outcome indicators were psychological status, quality of life, satisfaction, treatment outcome indicators, self-management, health awareness, and residual radiation dose.
    Conclusions Mobile health can effectively enhance the management level of patients after 131I treatment and demonstrate significant application value. Future developments should focus on creating specialized medical applications and developing mobile health devices, strengthening psychological interventions and sleep quality management, simultaneously establishing and improving relevant laws and regulations to standardize the practical application of mobile health.
