核应急内照射剂量监测及估算模型研究进展

Research progress on monitoring and estimation models for internal exposure dose in nuclear emergency

  • 摘要: 随着核技术、核能应用的蓬勃发展,核安全的问题日益突出。当核与辐射突发事件发生时,由于其具有突发性、不确定性和辐射源项复杂的特点,给应急处置工作带来了很多困难。由于各种原因引起的放射性核素内污染损害了人群健康,内照射剂量估算的准确性在评估内照射对机体的影响和指导核应急医学救治中具有非常重要的作用。笔者综述了内照射剂量估算的发展历程,包括应急剂量学概念的提出、内照射应急剂量估算所涉及的关键技术,以及目前内照射剂量估算中应用的模型与软件,旨在探讨内照射剂量估算发展历程中存在的问题并提出今后的研究方向。

     

    Abstract: With the vigorous development of nuclear technology and nuclear energy applications, the issue of nuclear safety has become increasingly prominent. When nuclear and radiation emergencies occur, their characteristics of sudden onset, uncertainty, and complex radiation source items bring many difficulties to emergency response work. The internal contamination of radionuclides caused by various reasons harms the health of the population. Therefore, the accuracy of internal exposure dose estimation plays a very important role in assessing the impact pf internal exposure on the human body and guiding nuclear emergency medical treatment. The authors review the development history of internal exposure dose estimation, including the introduction of the concept of emergency dosimetry, the key technologies involved in internal exposure emergency dose estimation, and the current models and software used in internal exposure dose estimation. This review aims to explore the problems existing in the development of internal exposure dose estimation and propose future research directions.
