放射性核素显像诊断前列腺癌的研究进展

Research progress of radionuclide imaging in diagnosis of prostate cancer

  • 摘要: 近年来,我国前列腺癌(PCa)的发病率呈逐年上升趋势,其已成为严重影响我国男性健康的生殖系统恶性肿瘤。但由于其早期诊断率低,发现时往往患者已发生转移,因此PCa的筛查及早期发现可显著改善预后。目前,PCa的筛查除血清前列腺特异性抗原检测及传统影像检查外,放射性核素在诊断中的应用日益受到关注,为此,笔者对放射性核素显像诊断PCa的研究进展进行综述,系统梳理了该技术的原理、方法及临床应用价值,为优化PCa早期诊断策略提供理论依据,以期推动靶向放射性显像剂的研发与影像学精准诊疗体系的完善。

     

    Abstract: In recent years, the incidence of prostate cancer (PCa) in China has shown a year -on-year upward trend, and has become a malignant tumor of the reproductive system that seriously affects the health of men in China. However, due to the low early diagnosis rate, many patients are only identified after metastasis has occured. Therefore, screening and early detection of PCa can significantly improve the prognosis. At present, in addition to serum prostate-specific antigen detection and traditional imaging examination for PCa screening, the diagnostic application of radionuclide has received increasing attention. The authors reviewed the progress of the research on radionuclide imaging in diagnosis of PCa, with the aim of systematically sorting out the principle, method and clinical application value of this technology, to provide a theoretical basis for optimizing the early diagnosis strategies of PCa and promote the research and development of targeted radiopharmaceutical as well as the improvement of the imaging precision diagnosis and treatment system.
